2nd Annual Spear-O at The Brinton Museum

11 artists spent a week in July on retreat at Northern Wyoming Community College District’s Spear-O Mountain Campus and now their works will be featured in the 2nd Annual Spear-O at The Brinton Museum exhibition.

October Science Saturday

On Saturday, Science Kids and the Sheridan College Museum of Discovery will be hosting their October Science Saturday event. Kids and their parents will have an opportunity to explore a morning of cool chemistry. In addition, the museum will be open to explore the paleontology exhibits.

Pet-O-Ween Scheduled for October 29th

Motorized Access Extended on Three Routes in the Bighorn National Forest

The Medicine Wheel Ranger District of the Bighorn National Forest, in conjunction with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, has extended motorized access on Forest Service Roads 203 and 213 as well as Forest Service Trail 800.

MDU Electrical Rate Intervention Update Given at City Council Meeting

At Monday’s Sheridan City Council Meeting Public Works Director Nic Bateson gave a staff update regarding a MDU Electrical Rate Intervention.

This proposed increase could cost individuals over 14% more annually.

Whitney Center for the Arts Grand Opening Saturday

Sheridan College’s new Whitney Center for the Arts will have its Grand Opening on Saturday night by hosting the Colorado Symphony. The Center’s Director Erin Hanke, said this will be the first live act that has graced the new stage.
