WYO Rodeo continues / Rockies beat Atlanta / Troopers alumni play tomorrow / Jets have a DH at home Sunday

WYO RODEO - The second performance of the Sheridan WYO rodeo is in the books in the Bareback riding Clint Laye had the best ride of the night with a score of 84, Dalton Davis scored 83 in the Saddle Bronc riding and in the Bull riding Dallee Mason scored 88.

Baylor Roche took the Steer wrestling in a time of 5.0, 21 time world champion Trevor Brazile was fastest of the steer ropers at 13.6 and in the Tie Down roping Bart Brunson and Caleb Smidt tied for the fastest run at 9.6.

The team of Coleman Proctor/Jake Long had the fastest run in Team roping at 4.7 and in the Barrels the leader last night was Cassidy Kruse with a run of 18.19 seconds.

WYO performance number three begins tonight at 7:00.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers will host their traditional alumni game tomorrow at noon. Next regular season games will be Wednesday at home with Casper.

JETS BASEBALL - The Sheridan Jets will play a home double header Sunday afternoon against the Billings Boltz, the first game will start at 1:00.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies beat Atlanta last night 5-3 you can hear tonight's game live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio broadcast time is 5:30.

SHS BOOSTER CLUB GOLF - The Sheridan high school booster club will host their fund raising golf tournament Sunday afternoon. the tournament is a four person team scramble at the Powder Horn, shot gun start will be at 1:00 to register your teams contact the Powder Horn golf shop.

BRONC YOUTH FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Bronc football coaches will hold their three day youth mini camp next week Monday through Wednesday and Homer Scott stadium the camp is open to all boys and girls K-8th grade, pre registration will start at 4:30 with the one hour camp starting at 5:00.
