BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Bronc football team picked up their second win of the year beating Cheyenne South 45-0.

They got off to a sluggish start and finally put south away mid way through the 3rd quarter Head coach Don Julian.

The mood was much better in the second half as they got the running game rolling

The Broncs are back at home this week as they host Evanston and Julian says it's a new week with new challenges.

BH FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams are 2-0 after a 44-22 win over Burns Friday the Rams play at Wright Friday night at 7:00 that game will be broadcast live for you on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

TR FOOTBALL - The Tongue River Eagles dropped their home opener to Glenrock 39-10 the Eagles will play at Moorcroft this week.

UW FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys lost 34-31 to Toledo Saturday the Pokes play at home this week against Cal-Poly.

DENVER BRONCOS - Peyton Manning threw two touchdown passes last night and the Denver Broncos opened the NFL season with a 31-19 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Up next for the Broncos is a game a week from tonight at Atlanta.

TENNIS - In tennis action at Sheridan high school the Lady Broncs dropped a dual 3-2 with Gillette they came back Friday with wins against Cheyenne Central and East. On Saturday they dropped their dual with Laramie 3-2 and beat Riverton 4-1.

In the boys duals Gillette took it 4-1 the Broncs came back Friday with victories over Central and East then Saturday they lost to Laramie 4-1 and beat Riverton 5-0.

Tuesday both teams play conference matches at Kelly Walsh and head to Powell for matches Friday.

SWIMMING - The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers dropped a conference dual with Gillette 120 - 66 Friday, They have a road dual at Buffalo tomorrow then the weekend with a dual in Riverton Friday and the Riverton invite Saturday.

LADY BRONC VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan Lady Bronc volleyball team had a great weekend with dominating conference wins at Cheyenne South and Laramie as they took both matches 3-0.

They are at home this week, Friday night they host Cheyenne Central and Saturday afternoon they host East.

X-COUNTRY - The Sheridan high school cross country runners ran in Gillette the Lady Broncs were 11th the Broncs were 6th overall this week they compete at an invitational in Casper friday.

GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers played at the Buffalo invitation the lone Lady Bronc competitor was Hillary Lindell she finished 7th.

The Broncs finished 5th as a team the lone top ten finisher was Jack Mavrakis in 5th place overall.

This week they host their own invite Thursday and Friday at Kendrick golf course.

The Big Horn and Tongue River teams also played in Buffalo. The Rams finished 11th the Eagles were 12th and for the Big Horn Lady Rams Taylor Nance finished in the top ten in 9th place.

SC VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan college Lady Generals volleyball team will play at home tomorrow night against Rocky Mountain college the match is scheduled to start at 7:00
