Weekend Local Sports Wrap up

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs crushed the Cheyenne South Bison 56-0 Friday, Head coach Jeff Mowry.

Most of the Bronc Sophomores and Juniors took a lot of snaps when the game got out of hand and played well.

And Mowry says the tough work continues as they prepare to take on Campbell county.

The game is Friday night in Gillette and begins the stretch drive to the playoffs.

WOLVES FOOTBALL - The NSI Wolves lost at home to Hanna / Elk Mountain 66-12 they play at Hulett Saturday afternoon.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are 4-1 they travel this week to play at San Diego state Saturday night pregame at 7:30 kickoff at 8:30 on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Broncos picked up win number one on the road at the LA Chargers Sunday winning 20-13 this week they host the Titans.

LADY BRONC SWIMMING / DIVING - The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers have road duals at Casper Kelly Walsh and Natrona county Saturday.

BRONC / LADY BRONC X-COUNTRY - The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams run Friday afternoon at an invitational in Gillette.

LADY BRONC VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc volleyball dropped matches with Cheyenne Central and Cheyenne East this week the Lady Broncs host the volleyball Border Wars Saturday, joining the Lady Broncs will be Thunder Basin, Campbell county and Cody to play matches with the big schools from Billings.

SHERIDAN COLLEGE SOCCER - The Generals and Lady Generals soccer teams made it a clean sweep of weekend matches the Lady Generals beat Central Wyoming 5-1 and crushed Northwest college 13-0 the Generals beat Central 6-1 and Northwest college 2-0.

HAWKS JUNIOR HOCKEY - The Sheridan Junior Hawks hockey team split weekend games with the Great Falls Americans the Hawks took Friday night's game 6-1 with Great Falls winning Saturday 4-0.
