BRONC FOOTBALL SIGNINGS - Two Sheridan Bronc football players signed on the dotted line yesterday to play college football at Black Hills state in Spearfish.

Black Hills is moving up to division II this season seniors Dan Zemski and Zack Will made official yesterday.

When they were juniors both were part of the Bronc state championship run and this past season they helped get the team back to the title game finishing as the runner-up.

Zemski says he's happy with his decision and is looking forward to getting to play college football. As far as the position he expects to play this fall.

Dan currently plays for the Bronc basketball team they've won 4 out 5 conference games and like the spot they are is as they look ahead to the rest of the regular season.

Zack Will made Wyoming super 25 and will also represent Sheridan high school in this year's Wyoming shrine bowl he says it's a great honor to get a shot at playing college football.

And will talks about this past season and what made the difference for him as a Bronc senior that contributed to his success on the field.

Will plays soccer in the spring for the Broncs last year they made it to the state title game only to settle for the runner-up title and we asked him what it will take for the Broncs to get back to the championship this spring.

SC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals lost at Miles City, ,Montana last night in overtime, they led the whole game but the Pioneers were able to tie the game on a three pointer with under a second to play to send the game to overtime where they went onto to beat the Generals 82-78.

The Generals and Lady Generals get back into action with road games at Dawson community college in Glendive, Montana Sunday.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - Last night the Wyoming Cowboys lost at New Mexico 68-57 they host TCU Saturday afternoon. We will broadcast the game live on AM 14-10 KWYO starting at 1:00.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Cowgirls beat New Mexico last night 78-65 Aubrey Vandiver led the Cowgirls with 28 points, next up for the Cowgirls in a road game at TCU Saturday.

LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Lady Broncs head out for road games in Casper and Laramie this tomorrow.

We will broadcast both games for you live tomorrow night they tip off at 7:00 in Casper on 95.9 FM and Saturday afternoon in Laramie at 3:00 on our sister station 105.9 FM.

TR / BH BASKETBALL - The Tongue river basketball teams games with Big Horn tomorrow in Dayton varsity games are scheduled for 4:30 and 6:00.

BRONC WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers close out the regular season tonight with a dual at Gillette then it's on to the 4-A East regional at Cheyenne East next week.

SWIMMING / DIVING - The Sheridan Bronc swimmers and divers open their post season today at their conference meet in Casper. The Wyoming 4-A state swimming and diving championships are in Gillette and open Thursday, February 24th..

INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD - The Sheridan high school indoor track teams are preparing for the Simplot games. They are off this week but all qualifiers will head the the Simplot games in Pocatello, Idaho beginning February 17th.

YOUTH SPRING SOCCER SIGN-UPS - The Sheridan county soccer association will host spring traveling youth soccer registration tonight.

Registration is open to all boys and girls ages 9-14. The sign-ups will take play this evening between 4:30 and 7:00 at the YMCA.

All players must have birth certificates, a small photo and the 85.00 dollar registration fee. for more information got to their website at

GIRLS YOUTH BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT - The annual "Thumbuddy" girls youth basketball tournament will be played in Sheridan next weekend at Sheridan high school. the tournament is open to all girls 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade teams.
