TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers lost 14-4 at Post 6 in Cheyenne last night and it's a quick turn around for the Troops as they host a conference game tonight with Casper.

Tonight's game is the final home game of the season for the Troops and we will have it live for you at 6:00 it's scheduled as a single nine inning game and will be broadcast live on 14-10 KWYO..

They are scheduled to end the regular season at Casper Saturday then onto the state tournament in Cheyenne set to begin on the 31st.

"B" STATE AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL - The Sheridan Jets will host the American Legion "B" state tournament set to begin tomorrow at Thorne-Rider stadium.

It will be pool play with two games tomorrow and four on Friday and Saturday with the title game set for Sunday afternoon.

The first game tomorrow will be at 2:00 with Gillette playing Cheyenne the Lets will play Casper at 7:00.

Friday the first game will be at 9:00 am with Cheyenne playing Jackson, Laramie and Casper play at noon, Jackson faces Gillette at 3:00 and the Jets and Laramie play at 7:00.

The top four advance to bracket play with semi-finals Saturday the title game will be play Sunday.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies lost 4-2 against the Miami Marlins Tuesday night we have the final game of the series live for you tonight on 87.7 FM ESPN radio Rockies on deck starts at 6:05 with the first pitch at 6:40.

SRD ADULT SPORTS - The Rec district will also have their adult flag football league this year, team and player registration is going on right now and league supervisor Robbie Spencer says his goal is to get more teams in the league this year.

Spencer coordinates the adult softball leagues and this year the district was able to really grow all the leagues with over a dozen new teams.

His goal for this year adult flag football league. And he says now's the time to register teams and individuals who would like to play can also register.

SC YOUTH VOLLEYBALL CAMP - The Sheridan college Lady Generals will be hosting their youth volleyball camps next week and they will host a co-ed volleyball tournament in early August.

The volleyball camp will run Monday through Wednesday next week they have sessions for 2nd - 5th grades, 6th through 9th grades and a session for all high school players.

The co-ed volleyball tournament will be a one day event in the Hoffman dome Sunday, August 4th starting at 8:00 am.
