Troopers Extend Winning Streak to Seven / 2017 Hoop Jam Tips Off Saturday / Rockies v Mariners Tonight

LADY BRONC SOCCER - Sheridan Lady Bronc soccer coach Mallery Marshall informed Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian that she was resigning as Head coach. Marshall has been the Lady Broncs Head coach for the four season's leading the Lady Broncs to two state title games. Marshall is the Head women's soccer coach at Sheridan college.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers have been on a roll the last two weekends during the stretch of games they've won seven straight and 8 of the last 9 to improve to 13-6 overall.

After winning five games at the Memorial day weekend tournament in Gillette Head coach Ben Phillips says the season is finally underway with the schedule now giving the players a lot more at bats and chances in the field.

Yesterday the Troops capped off the Gillette tournament beating Rock Springs 8-0 and Laurel, Montana 14-6.

They have an off day today and will get back on the field tomorrow night when they host Gillette it's a single nine inning game and will start at 6:00.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies lost the series finale yesterday at home against Seattle 6-5 they play again at Coors field this evening you can hear game live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio broadcast time is 4:30.

Tomorrow they head to Seattle for a quick two game series before another road series at San Diego starting Friday night.

HOOP JAM - Sheridan high school will host the annual Hoop Jam 3 on 3 basketball tournament this weekend the entire production is held in the parking lot at the high school to get your teams signed up go to the website

BRONC HOOP CAMP - June is sports camp month Sheridan Bronc Head basketball coach Jeff Martini and his staff will hold a boys youth basketball camp the June 6th-8th for boys going into the 4th-8th grades camp sessions will run each day from 4-6 pm.

The cost of the camp is 15 dollars and campers get a camp t-shirt, registration forms can be found at all elementary schools.

BRONC FOOTBALL - June is also camp month for the Sheridan Bronc football team the broncs will go through a week of practice and then head to the Chadron state team camp in Chadron, Nebraska.

RAM FOOTBALL CAMP - The Big Horn football team will host the Justin O'Dell Memorial Ram football camp June 7th at 8th. the camp will tun from 10:30 to noon both days and is open to 6th,7th and 8th grade players.

Along with the junior high age players they will host their little Ram camp as well for K-5th graders both days from 9:00 -10:30 am the cost is 20 dollars registration will open at 8:30 am.

ALL-STAR HOOPS - The Wyoming / Montana all-star basketball series will be played June 9th and 10th games Friday the 9th start at 5:30 and 7:30 in the Hoffman dome at heridan college the games on the 10th will tip off at the same time in Billings at Rocky Mountain college all four games will be broadcast live on 14-10 KWYO.
