TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are 38-8 overall and unbeaten in six conference games they return to action tonight in a double header in Gillette.

The Troops have one last home date on their schedule this week, they are scheduled to host a double header with Riverton Sunday afternoon.

The first game is set to start at noon and we will have it live on 14-10 KWYO.

The Troopers end their regular season with a double header a week from today in Miles City.

Their district tournament starts on the 26th in Powell the state tournament starts on August 1st in Casper.

FOOTBALL CAMP - The Sheridan and Big Horn high school football programs are teaming up this week to host a high school football camp sponsored by the NFL and the National Guard

The Bronc coaching staff will also be hosting their "Young Bronc" camp and will run in the evenings tonight through Wednesday at Sheridan high from 4:00 to 5:00.

The camp is open to all football players 8th grade and younger, the high school camp with run each evening through Thursday starting at 5:30 each night and is free to all players.

Sheridan high school Head coach Don Julian says the numbers have been all summer in the Bronc weight room. And Big Horn Head coach Micheal McGuire says the same is true in the Rams weight room.

The Broncs by the way begin preseason workouts Monday, August 6th the the Big Horn, Tongue River and NSI football programs start preseason practice Monday, August 13th.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies lost 5-1 to Philadelphia Sunday afternoon. The Rockies open up a three game series with Pittsburgh tonight. you can hear game one tonight live on sports / talk 87.7 FM broadcast time is at 6:05.
