2-A STATE BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Lady Eagles and the Sheridan Lady Broncs advanced in post season play while the Big Horn Rams were relegated to the consolation bracket at the state tournament.

The Big Horn Rams got beat 61-49 in their first round state tournament game by Wind River. Matt Wigglesworth and Tony Mort led the Rams with 12 points each.

The Rams play Sundance in a loser out game at noon at the Casper events center we will have it live on 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM. Sundance was knocked into the losers bracket by Lovell.

The Lady Eagles came up with a big second half and took care of Shoshoni to advance to the 2-A semi finals.

They led 23-21 at the half and took a 41-30 lead after three quarters and held off the Wranglers 49-40. Sarah Neilsen led the Lady Eagles with 16 points, Tianna Mitchell and Sarah Rawlings at 13 each.

The Lady Eagles will play Lovell in the semi finals at 6:00 at the Casper events center we will have it live for you on KWYO and 95.9 FM.

The Lady Eagles lost two regular season games against Lovell by one point in overtime and the other a seven point loss on the road.

LADY BRONCS - The Sheridan Lady Broncs took care of Cheyenne South and advanced to tonight's east 4-A regional semi final. They dominated South jumping out to a 33-4 halftime lead and put it on cruise control the rest of the way the final was 49-19.

They will play Laramie at 4:00 live on KWYO and 95.9 FM.

BRONCS - The Broncs will play Cheyenne Central at 8:30 tonight on KWYO and 95.9 FM. Central knocked out Laramie 26-25 in overtime.

2-A STATE / 4-A EAST REGIONAL SEMI FINALS - These are tonight's semi finals 2-A girls Wyoming Indian vs Thermopolis and Tongue River vs Lovell.

The boys bracket has Wyoming Indian vs Greybull and Wind River against Lovell.

In the East 4-A regional girls semi finals the Lady Broncs play Laramie and Gillette plays Cheyenne East.

In the boys bracket it's Gillette against East and the Broncs against Central.

STATE INDOOR TRACK - he Wyoming state indoor track and field championships get underway in Gillette today, the Broncs and Lady Broncs will compete.

UW HOOPS - The Wyoming Cowboys finish up their regular season Saturday night at UNLV broadcast time is at 7:30 live on KWY and 95.9 FM.

The Mountain West conference tournament gets going Wednesday for the Cowgirls and Thursday for the Pokes.
