SHS BOOSTER CLUB - The Sheridan high school booster club will hold their second big fund raiser of the summer at the end of WYO rodeo week, they did the annual Hoop Jam a couple of weeks ago and their annual golf scramble will be played at the Powder Horn in July here's Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian.

ALL-STAR HOOPS - The 2019 Wyoming / Montana high school all -star basketball series went to the Montana teams again, the girls games were won easily by Montana.

Both boys games were tight with Montana winning 103-100 and 95-94 Sheridan Bronc Tristan Bower had a very good weekend including 18 points Saturday night.

SHS - June is traditionally athletic team camp month for high school athletes and it got started right away this week, Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian says that they are coming off a great school year both in and out of the classroom.

2019 CNFR Starts in Casper Tomorrow / Troopers at Riverton Tonight / Rox fall at Cubs

2019 CNFR - The 2019 College National Finals Rodeo starts tomorrow at the Casper events center the finals are set for Saturday the 15th.

Today we get a preview with Sheridan college rodeo coach Marc Gilkerson, he will have two Generals competing over the next 10 days.

And Gilkerson says there is a lot of talent all over the country and like any rodeo competition it all comes down to the animals they draw.

SRD Outdoor Youth Programs Start Next Week / All-Star Hoops Players in Sheridan Today / Rockies fall at Wrigley

SRD - The Sheridan Recreation District will start their summer youth outdoor programming in the Big Horn mountains next week as they offer two chances for kids to get some time in the mountains Rec district Director Seth Ulvestad says the first session starts Monday.

SRD - The Sheridan Recreation District is into full summer mode, district Director Seth Ulvestad says they had a great opener for Kendrick pool and they begin swim lessons next week.

The Rec district and Kendrick golf course are teaming up again for junior golf they will run a session this month and in July and are taking registration this week.

WYO / MT ALL-STAR BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals Head coach Cody Ball will be on the sidelines coaching for the first time as a Head coach this weekend as he takes the Wyoming high school all-stars into the annual Wyoming / Montana all star basketball series.

Ball says he's been looking forward to putting the team together and get them out on the court.
