Troopers Whip Riverton / Rockies fall at San Fran / WYO Rodeo Pageant Starts Saturday

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers blasted Riverton Tuesday night for their third straight win, the Troops built up a 12-0 lead with a lot of hits through five innings then the raiders defense fell apart and the troops poured it on winning it 18-0.

The Troopers head to Gillette for the annual Hladky tournament which starts tomorrow they will open with two games against Rapid City Post 320 and the Billings Halos.

Friday they play Mitchell, South Dakota then go into the bracket portion of the tournament for games Saturday and Sunday.

Troopers Host two With Riverton Tonight / Rockies Shut Down the Giants

TROOPERS - The Sheridan Troopers are hosting the final day of their Trooper youth camp today and will get back on the field tonight hosting a double header with Riverton the first game will start at 5:00.

ROCKIES - The Colorado Rockies beat the San Francisco Giants 2-0 last night they play at the Giants again tonight you can hear the game on Fox Sports radio 87.7 FM broadcast time is 7:05.

TROOPER BASEBALL / YOUTH CAMP - The Sheridan Troopers are on a two game winning streak they will play their next games tomorrow night when they host two with Riverton the first game will start at 5:00.

The Troops are hosting their youth baseball camp and Wiffleball tournament today and tomorrow from 9-1 each day at Thorne-Rider stadium.

The camp will culminate with the annual Wiffelball tournament tomorrow.

They will host their youth baseball camp and wiffle ball tournament Monday and Tuesday from 9-1 each day at Thorne-Rider Stadium.

The camp is open to 8-14 year olds and costs 75 dollar per camper and 50 dollars for families with multiple kids participating they will take walk up registration Monday morning before the camp opens at 9 o'clock

SC Rodeo at the CNFR / Troopers Play at Home Tonight / Rockies at D-Backs

SHERIDAN COLLEGE RODEO - Generals Bareback rider Chance Ames won the 2019 College National Finals Rodeo championship and his teammate Coby Johnson finished 3rd in the Bull riding. They combined for 570 points and a 4th place team finish for Sheridan college.

Sheridan college Rodeo coach Marc Gilkerson says the thrill of Saturday night was still fresh Monday.

Weekend Local Sports Wrap up

2019 CNFR - Sheridan college Bareback rider Chance Ames won the 2019 College National Finals Rodeo championship Saturday night in Casper becoming the Generals 2nd ever national champ.

Coby Johnson took a no score in the finals in the Bull Riding and had to settle for 3rd place.

Ames and Johnson combined for 570 points and a 5th place team finish for Sheridan college.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers went 3-4 this past week on their extended road trip they will finally get a chance to play at home tomorrow evening when they host a doubleheader with Dickinson, North Dakota.
