BRONC SOCCER - The Sheridan Bronc soccer team has a 3-1 record and will open conference play Thursday with a road game at Gillette.

The Broncs made a late run a year ago and went all the way to the state title match and return this spring trying to get back there.

65 players have come out for bronc soccer forcing the school to add more JV games to the schedule to make sure every player get plenty of opportunity to play Head coach Kevin Riser says it's a good problem to have.

Now that they've started the season winning three out of four Riser says it's a building process as they set their season goals.

And he says with so many returning players they've really been able to step up their style of play to become a more attacking type team.

LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Sheridan Lady Bronc soccer team is unbeaten at 3-0 the Lady Broncs have outscored opponents 15-2 in the three wins.

They play at home Thursday evening against Gillette the JV's play at 4:00 with the varsity set to go at 6:00.

Next week the Sheridan and Buffalo JV teams will play in Sheridan Monday evening with the varsity teams playing in Buffalo next Tuesday at 4:00 and 6:00 in Buffalo.

BRONC / LADY BRONC TRACK AND FIELD - The Sheridan high school track teams will compete this week at an invitational in Gillette Saturday.

RAMS / EAGLES TRACK AND FIELD - The Big Horn and Tongue River track teams are also scheduled to compete in the Gillette invite.

WOLVES TRACK AND FIELD - The NSI track teams will participate in a meet Thursday in Newcastle.

BRONC / LADY BRONC GOLF - The Sheridan Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers will open their spring tournament schedule weather permitting next weekend in Worland.

The Sheridan invitational will be held May 10th at Kendrick golf course.
