Troopers Host Youth Baseball Camp Monday and Tuesday / Rockies Take Down the D-Backs in Extras

TROOPER BASEBALL / TROOPER CAMP - The Sheridan Troopers are on a two game winning streak and are off until Tuesday when they host two games with Riverton

They will host their youth baseball camp and wiffle ball tournament Monday and Tuesday from 9-1 each day at Thorne-Rider Stadium.

The camp is open to 8-14 year olds and costs 75 dollar per camper and 50 dollars for families with multiple kids participating they will take walk up registration Monday morning before the camp opens at 9 o'clock

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers have won two in a row after beating the 406 Flyers from Billings Wednesday night 6-4.

SHERIDAN COLLEGE RODEO - Generals Bareback rider Chance Ames won the 2019 College National Finals Rodeo championship and his teammate Coby Johnson finished 3rd in the Bull riding. They combined for 570 points and a 4th place team finish for Sheridan college.

Sheridan college Rodeo coach Marc Gilkerson says the thrill of Saturday night was still fresh Monday.

2019 CNFR - Sheridan college Bareback rider Chance Ames won the 2019 College National Finals Rodeo championship Saturday night in Casper becoming the Generals 2nd ever national champ.

Coby Johnson took a no score in the finals in the Bull Riding and had to settle for 3rd place.

Ames and Johnson combined for 570 points and a 5th place team finish for Sheridan college.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers went 3-4 this past week on their extended road trip they will finally get a chance to play at home tomorrow evening when they host a doubleheader with Dickinson, North Dakota.

Generals at the CNFR - Ames win the Bareback Title / Johnson third in the Bull Riding

Sheridan college Bareback rider Chance Ames took the over all national championship in his event in the College National Finals Rodeo Saturday night in Casper.

Ames road all four horses and took the average and totaled 330 total points.

Generals Bullrider Coby Johnson settled for a third place finish he took a no score in the short go and dropped to third place.

CNFR - Sheridan college Bareback rider Chance Ames leads the average at the College National Finals Rodeo the finals will decide the national title tomorrow night.

Coby Johnson is having a good finals in the bull riding with two top five rides and will have his third go ride this evening.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers dropped two road games at Mitchell Nebraska they stand at 8-12 overall they are playing at a tournament in Omaha, Nebraska through the weekend.
