LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Lady Bronc basketball program has a new Head coach the Sheridan county school district two board approved the selection of Jessica Cordingly at last night's meeting.

Cordingly grew up in Thermopolis and is currently teaching and coaching in California.

BRONC / LADY BRONC TRACK / FIELD - The Wyoming high school state track and field championships begin Thursday in Casper.

Sheridan high school Head coach Art Bauers says both teams are coming off great performances at the regional meet and are at full strength as they get ready to head to the state meet Thursday.

And he says they'll spend the next two days focusing the athletes at being at their best. And as far as team goals this week.

STATE SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams open the state tournament in Rock Springs Thursday.

The Lady Broncs will open the tournament Thursday afternoon at 3:30 against Green River.

The Broncs will open Thursday morning at 11:00 against Rock Springs

GOLF - The 4-A spring conference golf tournament ends today at the Powder Horn.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are 4-3 on the season and will spend the next three weeks playing road games.

This week they will be in Billings Saturday to play games with the Billings Halos and Miles City. Sunday they play a double header in Powell.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies opened a series at Wrigley field in Chicago last night.
