VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan Lady Bronc volleyball team played Gillette last night the Camels took games one and two with the Lady Broncs taking game three but they couldn't keep the momentum going and Gillette would take game four and win the match, Lady Broncs Head coach Wendy Ruby says it was a tough night.

And she says the Lady Broncs have a lot of work to do in the next three weeks before the post season begins.

The Lady Broncs host the "Border Wars" event Saturday both Casper Kelly Walsh, Natrona county and Gillette will join the Lady Broncs in playing round robin matches with all three Billings high schools and Bozeman, Montana and Ruby says this is a great event and nice to be able have it Sheridan this year.

Matches will be played in both gyms at Sheridan high school and two gyms and the Sheridan junior high. Matches begin Saturday morning at 10:00.

The Big horn Lady Rams play Wright and Sundance this week and the Tongue River Lady Eagles play Sundance and Moorcroft.

TENNIS - he Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams open play at the state championships tomorrow in Gillette.

SWIMMING - The Lady Bronc swimmers will dual the Casper schools Friday at Kelly Walsh high school.

FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs are 4-1 the Gillette Camels are 5-0 they meet in the Energy Bowl Friday night in the Razor city.

The Big Horn Rams will play at Wheatland Friday night kickoff is at 6:00 and will be broadcast live on 95.9 FM.

The University of Wyoming Cowboys are idle this week and will play their next game at Utah state October 8th and the Denver Broncos play at Green Bay this week.
