Lady Bronc Swimmers Prepare for a run at a State Title / Broncs / Rams Host Quarter Final Football / Pokes Host New Mexico Saturday Night

LADY BRONC SWIMMING / DIVING - The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers have this week off and a week from Friday they will compete at their state meet in Gillette.

They finished 2nd behind Laramie at the East conference meet Head coach Brent Moore says the Lady Broncs had a great regular season and broke several school records on their way to finishing 2nd at the conference meet.

Training has changed the most this week as they begin their taper for the state meet and Moore says it can be a tough transition but over the next few days they will start to feel better.

And he says the most important part of the season is now and until next week when the state championships begin.

And he says right now the girls are sharp and are excited for the opportunity to be in the mix to win a state title.

VOLLEYBALL - The high school volleyball post season starts Friday at regional tournament sites. The Lady Broncs are playing in Laramie they open Friday afternoon at 1:00 against Thunder Basin.

The Big Horn Lady Rams will play at the 2-A East regional in Sundance they open with Glenrock Friday at 1:00.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs open the playoffs at home Friday night against Cheyenne Central we will broadcast all the action for you on KWYO and 106.9 FN the First Federal bank and trust pregame show will start at 5:30 the kickoff is at 6:00

RAMS FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams open the playoffs Friday night at home against Wind River kickoff is set for 6:00 the game can be hear live on Sports Talk 87.7 FM.

Admission is charged at all high school playoff games tickets prices are set by the Wyoming High School Activities Association.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys will play at home Saturday night against New Mexico the game can be heard on KWYO and 106.9 FM Cowboy pregame is at 4:30 with kickoff at 5:30.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos play at Kansas city Monday night the game will be broadcast on KWYO and 106.9 FM the broadcast will start at 4:05.
