Lady Bronc Soccer on a Three Game Winning Streak / Troopers Baseball Season Opens Saturday / Rockies fall to the Nats

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams play Cheyenne Central and East the Broncs will be on the road the Lady Broncs are at home.

The Lady Broncs have won three in a row and Head coach Kevin Rizer says the girls shook off a tough start to the season and now getting into good form.

And this three game winning streak has turned their season around.

Friday night's games with Central will be at 4:00 and 6:00 Saturday's games with East will be played at Big Horn high school at 10:00 and noon.

TRACK AND FIELD - The Sheridan high school track teams are on the road for a big invitational in Sturgis, South Dakota Saturday.

The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles teams host their track invitational Friday the Big Horn will compete in the TR invite and also compete at another meet at Kelly Walsh high school Saturday.

GOLF - The spring golf schedule has the Broncs and Lady Broncs playing at a tournament in Powell Friday afternoon.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers start their baseball season this weekend in Casper they will play four games Laramie and Rock Springs at 10:00 and 12:30 Saturday then Gillette and Cheyenne Sunday at 1:00 and 3:30.

The Troops home opener will be May 12th against Laurel, Montana.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies dropped last night's game with the Washington Nationals Jack Corrigan has the game wrap up.
