Lady Bronc 2nd at State Swimming / Broncs - Rams Advance to Football Championship Saturday / Pokes Take Down the Rams for the Bronze Boot / Broncos Blown out in Philly

STATE SWIMMING / DIVING - The Lady Bronc swimmers finished 2nd behind Laramie at the state swimming and diving championships only 10 points separated the top two teams.

In the process the Lady Broncs set seven new school records over the weekend and six Lady Broncs earned all state status Taylor Baldacci, Piper Carroll, Molly Green, Pippin Robison, Jadyn Mullikin and Zoe Robison, Baldacci made all state for the first time the rest were repeat all state honorees.

STATE VOLLEYBALL - The Big Horn Lady Rams were knocked out of the state volleyball tournament Saturday morning in an elimination against Big Piney.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Broncs beat Casper Kelly Walsh 28-7 in the 4-A semi finals Friday night, the game turned with the broncs leading 14 -0 at halftime they pulled off a pooch kick to start the second half Kelly failed to cover the ball, the Broncs took from there scoring twice in the next 5:45 to go up 28-0, here's Head coach Don Julian.

The Broncs now have a chance to defend their titles from 2015 and 2016 in Laramie Saturday. And it will be fitting that they face Natrona county in a rematch of last year's title game.

RAMS FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams won at Cokeville 12-7 the signature of the game will be the rams final drive holding the 12-7 lead they drove 85 yards in over seven minutes to run out the clock for the victory, Head coach Micheal McGuire.

The Rams return to Laramie for the second straight year last fall they took the 2-A state title and this fall it's for the 1-A championship.

The Rams will play last year's 1-A champion Pine Bluffs the Hornets beat the Rams in overtime for Big Horn's only loss of the season.

STATE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP SATURDAY - Our live state championship double header will start Saturday afternoon at 12:30 with the First Federal bank and trust pregame show with Rams Head coach Micheal McGuire kickoff is at 1:00.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys beat Colorado state in the snow in Laramie 16-13 Saturday night. The Pokes play at Air Force in a late game Saturday night the game will follow our high school state championship football broadcasts the Vowboy pregame will start at 7:00 with kickoff at 8:15.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos were rocked by the Philadelphia Eagles 51-23 they will play at home Sunday night against New England the broadcast will open at 4:00 with kickoff at 6:30 on KWYO and 106.9 FM.
