RAMS FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams host Burns in their home opener Friday at Sheridan high school, it's hoped in the next few weeks the new football field at the new high school will be ready to have games.

The Rams are coming off a 37-14 win at Greybull last Friday head coach Bert Dow says it way a great way to start off the new year.

They won't have much time to get ready for the Burns game Friday with a short week but most other teams missed a day of workouts this week with Monday being a holiday.

The Rams and Broncs have formed a pretty good rivalry the last few season's so they expect a tough game Friday.

The game is set to kickoff Friday afternoon at 2:00 at Sheridan high school.

EAGLES FOOTBALL - The Tongue River Eagles beat the Natrona county sophomores in an exhibition game last Friday we asked Eagles coach Chuck Walters what they took out of that game.

The Eagles host Glenrock this week they saw the Herders at their jamboree two weeks ago and he says it helped to get a look at the them before this game. Walters also says Glenrock didn't show them much at the jamboree either.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs head out on the road Friday traveling to play at Green River Head coach Don Julian says the Broncs are looking forward to the challenge of playing at Green River.

We will have the game live for you on AM 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM starting at 6:30 with the First Federal savings bank pregame show kickoff is scheduled for 7:00.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL - The NSI Wolves will host Pine Bluffs Friday while the Buffalo b\Bison will play at Lander.

UW FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys have a big step up in competition this week when they travel to Austin and play Texas. The game can be heard live on AM 14-10 KWYO AND 95.9 FM

NFL - The Denver Broncos open the NFL regular season Sunday on the road at Jacksonville. You can hear the game live on AM 14-10 KWYO.

SHS X-COUNTRY - The Sheridan high school cross country teams host the annual “Michelle Ludwig” Sheridan invitational on the grounds at the Sheridan VA action begins Friday afternoon at 4:00

LADY BRONC VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc volleyball team will play on the road at Laramie and Casper Kelly Walsh this week.

TR / BH VOLLEYBALL - The Tongue River Lady Eagles will host a match with Big Horn tomorrow night the varsity match is scheduled for 7:30.

SC VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan college Lady Generals volleyball team will play road games in Glendive, Montana and Williston, North Dakota this weekend. Their next home date is on the14th when they host Casper college.

LADY BRONC SWIMMING AND DIVING - The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers host a conference dual with Gillette Friday at 4:00.

HIGH SCHOOL GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers play in Laramie this week and the Tongue River and Big Horn golfers will play at at invitational in Sundance.
