High School Football Playoffs Open Friday / Hawks Junior Hockey Home This Weekend / SC Hoops Season Opens This Weekend

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs open the 4-A playoffs at home Friday night with Casper Kelly Walsh game time has been set for 6:00 we will have it all live for you on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM the fFrst Federal bank and trust pregame show will start at 5:30.

RAMS FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams open open the 1-A playoffs Friday at home with Wind River the game will kickoff at 5:00 and you can hear it on Fox Sports radio 87.7 FM you can also listen to both playoff games live on our football web streams at sheridanmedia.com.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are 6-2 overall and now have this week off and will play at Boise state November 9th. Monday Head coach Craig Bohl held his weekly news conference and said the Cowboys are starting to turn into a pretty good team.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos are at home Sunday afternoon against Cleveland listen live on KWYO and 106.9 FM Bronco pregame starts at noon with kickoff at 2:25.

VOLLEYBALL - Wyoming high school volleyball regional tournaments start Friday the Sheridan Lady Broncs will play their tournament at Cheyenne Central high school they take on Cheyenne East in the first round.

The Big Horn Lady Rams play at their regional in Moorcroft they open Pine Bluffs the Tongue River Lady Eagles open their tournament in Riverton Friday against Wyoming Indian.

The Sheridan college Lady Generals close out the regular season with home matches Friday and Saturday against Laramie county and Eastern Wyoming.

HAWKS JUNIOR HOCKEY - - The Sheridan junior Hawks hockey team is back on home ice this week hosting the Helena, Montana Big Horns Friday and Saturday. games times are 7:30 Friday night and 7:00 Saturday.

The Hawks are 10-4 overall and Head coach Andy Scheib says they have been playing well and look good as they get ready to play Helena this weekend.

Also today we meet one of the newest additions to the Hawks roster, Stepan Ruta is from the Czech Republic he played forward for Sheib in Wisconsin last season and is pleased to be back with his coach and to be in Sheridan.

GENERALS / LADY GENERALS HOOPS - - The Sheridan college Generals will play two tune up games at home Friday and Saturday both games will be at 5:00 against a club team from the former Ricks college in Rexburg, Idaho.

The Generals will open the season at home Tuesday night against Western Nebraska.

The Lady Generals play the Rocky Mtn. college JV’s and an all-star team as tune ups Friday and Saturday as tune ups as well, they also open the season Tuesday night at home with Western Nebraska game times Tuesday night are 5:30 and 7:30
