Heading Into the off Season / Troopers Have a Busy Weekend Ahead / Rockies Take Over First Place in the NL west

SHS SPORTS - Another sports year has gone by as school gets ready to let out for the summer Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian says that 2017-18 was a pretty good year for the Broncs and Lady Broncs.

June is off season camp month for high school athletes and Julian says there is a fine line of what is and isn't too much in the off season for kids and they try to balance as much as they can during the summer.

2018 HOOP JAM - To kickoff the summer the Sheridan high school Booster club will be hosting the annual 3 on 3 Hoop Jam basketball tournament June 2nd and 3rd.

The tournament is held in the main parking lot at Sheridan high school over 100 teams from all over the region are expected in town for the tournament.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are 6-6 overall and will play five games in Gillette during a Memorial day weekend tournament their opponents will be Gillette, Casper, Jackson, Rapid City and Laurel, Montana play begins Friday night.

The Troops next home dates will be June 3rd and 5th when they host doubleheaders with the Billings Halos and Riverton

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies took the lead in the National league west last night with a win at the LA Dodgers, Jack Corrigan has the game wrap up You can hear tonight's broadcast on Fox Sports radio 87.7 FM.
