SC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college basketball teams opened conference play Wednesday night at Little Bighorn community college.

Both teams won in blowout fashion with the Lady Generals beating the Rams 103-58 Kayla Kiriau and Milo Nanai led five players in double figures with 18 points each.

The Generals hammered the Rams 107-71 Sophomore Victor Burmudez led the way with 23 points.

They both play at home Saturday against Northwest college at 3:00 and 5:00.

BASKETBALL RANKINGS - The latest girls basketball rankings are out and the Sheridan Lady Broncs and Tongue River Lady Eagles lead their respective polls in 4-A and 2-A

The Lady Broncs are 2-0 and the Lady Eagles went 3-0 at their season opening tournament in Thermopolis last week.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Broncs and Lady Broncs play Riverton at home Saturday. The girls varsity game will tip at 2:00 followed by the boys at 3:30 both games will be broadcast live on 87.7 M ESPN radio.

TR BASKETBALL - The Eagles and Lady Eagles will play at Rocky Mountain high school over in the Big Horn Basin at Byron tomorrow and return to Dayton for games Saturday against Riverside.

BH BASKETBALL - The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams have more tournament play this week both teams will be in Wright tomorrow and Saturday.

BRONC SWIMMING - The Bronc swimmers open their season at the Casper relays tomorrow Head coach Brent Moore has welcomed a good group into the pool.

And he says in the last couple of weeks they've introduced a lot of stuff at the swimmers to get them ready for the competition this weekend.

It's a long season and with so many new faces they are looking to become a pretty good squad later in the season as he expects to see great progress after the first of the year.

And Moore says with the numbers up for this year they have a chance to build some good chemistry which helps out each individual as the grind of a long season wears them down.

BRONC WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers will have the varsity going to the Rapid City invitational tomorrow and the JV's to a tournament in Forsyth, Montana .

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are 9-0 they host Panhandle state at the Double "AA" Saturday afternoon we will have the game live for you on 14-10 KWYO pregame starts at 1:30 Tipoff is at 2:00.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls are 5-1 on the season they play at the University of Montana tonight.

BRONCO FOOTBALL -The Denver Broncos play tonight at the Oakland Raiders you can hear it live on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM broadcast time is 5:30 with kickoff at 6:20.
