The Sheridan Lady Broncs dropped their first game of the season Thursday night, losing 70-60 against Rock Springs in their opening game of the Flaming Gorge Classic tournament at Rock springs High Sch

LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Lady Broncs open the “Flaming Gorge” Classic this evening in Rock Springs against the Lady Tigers.

Three teams are unbeaten in the Top 5 in the latest 4-A Girls Basketball poll. The Lady Broncs are 4-0 and ranked 2nd behind 4-0 Gillette this week. Also unbeaten is 3rd-ranked Laramie at 6-0.

Wednesday, December 16th

BRONC WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers dropped a dual at Billings West last night the Broncs won eight matches but lost by the score of 49-30.

Bronc winners included Hayden Richins at 105, Derek Derritoni won by decision at 112, Devan Reilly won by decision at 145 and the rest scored pins Clay Carter, Trevor Goss, Lucas Giesey and Gage Lacek.

SHERIDAN COLLEGE BASKETBALL - The Generals hit the break with a 10-2 record.

Monday, December 14th

BRONC AND LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - No problem for the Broncs and Lady Broncs as they both blew out Riverton. The Lady Broncs got off to a sluggish start but rolled in the second half. Head coach Derek Bissitt They took the game 65-36 to go to 4-0 on the season.

Today both the Broncs and Lady Broncs face Riverton. The Lady Broncs start at 2:30 this afternoon, the broncs will start right after the girls game. Trevor Jackson has the call on 1410 KWYO.

Saturday, December 12th

The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams opened play yesterday at tournaments in wright and Glenrock .
the Lady Rams opened in Glenrock with a 34-32 win over Southeast and will play games today against Kaycee and Glenrock.
The Rams split two yesterday beating Glenrock 47-25 and losing to Thermopolis 42-38 they finish up the event today against Greybull.

Friday, December 11th

LADY BRONC CROSS-COUNTRY - Sheridan High School Senior distance runner Dana Morin has had quite a first semester into her Senior year. She won the State Cross-Country Championship in October, and ran at the “Nike” Cross-Country National Championships a week ago. Wednesday she made her decision at which college she will continue her running career.
