Bronc Hoops Stay Unbeaten / Lady Broncs Drop Home Opener / Cowgirls win / Cowboys on the Road / Broncos at Raiders Monday Night

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams played Buffalo Thursday night the Lady Broncs fell to 0-5 on the season taking a 45-35 loss in their home opener.

The Broncs pulled away from Buffalo in the 2nd half and posted a 69-51 victory over the Bison.

The Broncs led by 10 and halftime but the Bison hung around until the Broncs went on a 9-0 run in the 4th quarter to put the game away and now stand at 5-0, Tristan Bower scored as game high 24 for the Broncs with Parker Christensen and Sam Lecholat chipping in 12 each.

SIGNING DAY - Sheridan high school Senior Parker Christensen put his name on the dotted line and became a Wyoming Cowboy football player Wednesday.

Also making the jump to college was big horn all state lineman Seth Mullinax he signed early Wednesday with the University of Northern Colorado in Greely.

NATIONAL COLLEGE EARLY SIGNING DAY - Today is National college early signing day, Sheridan high school Senior Parker Christensen is expected put his name on the dotted line and become a Wyoming Cowboy football player today.

Christensen announced his intention to play for the Cowboys before the 2018 season started after he was offered a scholarship from Cowboy Head coach Craig Bohl.

Christensen helped lead the Broncs the their 4th straight title game appearance and a week and half ago was named the Wyoming Gatorade football player of the year.

The Lady Broncs are 0-4 to start the season Head coach Larry Ligocki has a varsity lineup with not much varsity experience and that has shown the first two weeks of the season.

SC LADY GENERALS - The Sheridan college Lady Generals will play two games at home this weekend they'll play an all-star team Friday night then host Region nine power Western Nebraska Saturday night at 7:00.

These are the last two games before the Christmas and New year break, Head coach Ryan Davis says the team is playing well right now and they would love to keep going but the players deserve to have a little time off.
