Football week five / SHS X-country and swimming and diving continue to ride wave of success

FOOTBALL - The Bronc football team is 4-0 and will play at home against Rock Springs Friday night you can hear the game live on 14-10 KWYO the First Federal savings bank pregame show starts at 6:30 with the kickoff at 7:00.

The Big Horn Rams host Wright Friday night at 7:00 you can hear the game live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

The Tongue River Eagles take a 1-1 record out on the road Friday they play at Lusk.

The Wyoming Cowboys will play at home Saturday against New Mexico the game will be broadcast on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM broadcast time is noon.

X-COUNTRY - The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams run in Casper Friday both teams have put together a good first month of competition here's Head coach Art Bauers.

The Broncs and Lady Broncs have four weeks left of the regular season.

TENNIS - The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams have their conference tournament this week in Casper.

SWIMMING / DIVING - The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers have 12 of 19 team members qualified for the state championships, Head coach Brent Moore says their strong season continues.

They host Laramie and Riverton Friday and host the Sheridan invitational Saturday.

VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc and Big Horn Lady Rams volleyball teams will play at the Casper invitational tournament.

The Tongue River Lady Eagles have a single match this week they play at Wright Friday.

The Sheridan college Lady Generals volleyball team play at home Friday night at 7:00 against Western Wyoming, Saturday afternoon the host Central Wyoming at 3:00.

STATE GOLF - The class 4-A state golf championships will be played at the Powder Horn this week, practice round Thursday with 18 holes Friday and Saturday.
