Five Sheridan county athletes sign on the dotted line Wednesday / Cowgirls hammer AFA / SHS Hoops v Gillette Friday

NATIONAL SIGNING DAY - Wednesday was national signing day for high school athletes to sign letters of intent for colleges.

Five Sheridan county athletes signed yesterday, two for Black Hills state, two and the University of Wyoming and one at Northern Colorado.

Big Horn Senior Collin Powers signed to play football at Black Hills state yesterday as did Lady Bronc Senior Jamy Shassetz, Shasstez will play soccer she says it's been a life long dream to play college soccer.

And she says Black Hills made her decision easy.

Two Bronc football players will be Wyoming Cowboy football players this fall Dontae Crow and Riley Sessions, Crow says signing day was a great day.

Sessions is very excited to get his college career going. And Riley says the last four years being in the Bronc program has taught all the players a lot.

Bronc Senior Evan Coon signed to play football at Northern Colorado yesterday and for Evan his decision was easy. And he says feeling comfortable with the program made the difference for him.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams host Gillette tomorrow night game times are at 6:00 and 7:30 and we will have both for you live on KWYO and 87.7 FM.

EAGLES / RAMS BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles host games tomorrow with Big Horn. Saturday TR plays at Moorcroft while BH will play at wright.

COWBOYS - The Wyoming Cowboys host Utah state Saturday afternoon you can hear the game live on KWYO and 87.7 FM pregame starts at 3:30.

COWGIRLS - The Cowgirls hammered Air Force 84-56 last night they play at Utah state broadcast time in at 1:30.

WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers compete in the annual Ron Thon invitational in Riverton this weekend.

HOCKEY - The Sheridan Hawks hockey team is on the road at Riverton this weekend.

SWIMMERS - The Bronc swimmers compete at home tomorrow night then over to Gillette for an invite Saturday.

INDOOR TRACK - The Bronc and Lady Bronc indoor track teams run at an invitational in Gillette Saturday.
