Fall Sports Break Down / Rox Blown out by the Stros / Broncos at Seahawks Tonight

FALL SPORTS - Wyoming high school fall sports begins Monday with the first practices for 4-A football teams, Tennis and Golf.

Girls Swimming, Volleyball and Cross Country and 1A - 3A football teams start on the 19th.

SHERIDAN BRONC FOOTBALL - The Bronc football team starts their Big Horn mountain leadership camp with the coaches and seniors.

Head coach Jeff Mowry sat down with us on the eve of mountain camp he says the retreat is a big part of the Bronc program and it sets the foundation for the coming season.

And he says it's a great tradition that every player will get a chance to do.

The Bronc player / parent meeting is Sunday at 4:00 at Sheridan high school the first Bronc practice will open Monday morning at 7:00.

SHS GOLF - The Sheridan high school golfers meet Monday afternoon at Kendrick golf course at 2:00. The golf coaches will meet with players and parents Tuesday at 5:30 also at Kendrick golf course.

SHS TENNIS - The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams have two sessions Monday starting at 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

SHS X-COUNTRY / SWIMMING / VOLLEYBALL - Cross country, Lady Bronc Swimming and Volleyball start up on the 19th.

SHS BOOSTER CLUB - The Sheridan high school booster club fall kickoff BBQ will be held on the 19th at Sheridan high school at 5:00 followed by all the fall sports parent / coaches meetings at 7:00

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL - The Bronc football team opens the season on the 30th at home with Rock Springs the game will kickoff at 6:00.

Tongue River, Big Horn and NSI open September 6th with road games in the Big Horn basin.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys open the regular season at home on the 31st against Missouri.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos will play their second preseason game tonight at Seattle starting at 8:00 you can hear the Broncos on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies dropped another game at Houston yesterday Jack Corrigan has the game wrap up. You can hear tonight's game on Fox Sports radio 87.7 FM.
