All - Star Hoops tomorrow night / Trooper baseball on the road / Bronc football summer activities

WYO / MT ALL-STAR BASKETBALL The Wyoming / Montana high school all star basketball series is this week the first two games will be played at the Hoffman dome tomorrow times will be at 5:30 and 7:30.

they play in billings the Saturday night also at 5:30 and 7:30 we will broadcast all four games on KWYO broadcast times both night's will have the pregame show starting at 5:00.

Troopers split two with Cody / Broncs do well at football camp / Wyo all-star hoop scrimmages tonight

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers hosted a double header with Cody last night, the teams split the games with the Troopers taking the opener 7-6 and Cody winning the second game 5-2.

Head coach Ben Phillips used most of his pitching staff in the games last night to save their arms for a tournament they start tomorrow in Omaha and for the most part they all pitched pretty well.

And Phillips says playing the tournament in Omaha during the college world series is a great experience for the players.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers have a double header tonight against Cody at Thorne-Rider stadium the first game will start at 5:00. We will broadcast game one live for you on 14-10 KWYO.

GENERALS HOOP CAMP - The Sheridan college Generals youth basketball camp started it's four day run yesterday the camp runs daily from 8:00 to noon.

Head coach Steve Smiley says they had a great turnout Monday. And he says they have a tremendous staff this year and the campers are keeping them busy.

The 2014 Hoop Jam was hosted in Sheridan on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's games were played outside in Whitney Plaza and Sunday's were hosted indoors at Sheridan High School and Sheridan Junior High due to the threat of rain.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers and Powell were rained out Friday night, next up for the Troops is a home double header tomorrow evening against Cody, first game will start at 5:00.

Rain outs are a fact of life this time of year and gave the Troops are few extra days off to get ready for the double header with Cody and for the first time this season Head coach Ben Phillips will be able to put a healthy full starting lineup on the field.

2014 HOOP JAM - The annual Sheridan Hoop Jam 3 on 3 basketball tournament takes place today and Sunday hundreds of participants and players will be in town Whitney Plaza is hosting the event in downtown Sheridan.

The contract extension for Walsh is inclusive of radio play by play for Cowboys’ football and basketball, as well as both coaches’ shows and the Wyoming Sports Today daily show.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers get back into action tonight at Thorne-Rider stadium. They host a double header with Powell the first game will start at 5:00 and we will have game one live for you on 14-10 KWYO.

ADULT SOFTBALL - Sheridan Rec district adult softball league play is underway the season will wrap up in mid August.

The first week of play came to a close last night, Rec district league coordinator Robbie Spencer comments on the end of week one.
