Eagles , Rams, Broncs, Cowboys and Broncos Pick up Victories / Lady Bronc Swimmers 3rd at State / Lady Bronc Volleyball Qualifies for State

TONGUE RIVER FOOTBALL - The Tongue River Eagles beat Cokeville to advance to Friday's semi final at Shoshoni, Ron Richter has the game wrap-up. The game will be played Friday night at Shoshoni kickoff will be at 5:00.

BIG HORN FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams came back from 14 points down to tie Pinedale and force overtime and got the wining score to advance to this week's semi finals with a 20-14 win, the Rams host Newcastle Friday night at 6:00 to play for a trip to Laramie and the state title game.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs had another hard fought football battle with Cheyenne East and came out on top 34-17 the Broncs led wire to wire Head coach Don Julian.

The Broncs are now 9-1 overall and will host Rock Springs Friday night in the semi finals Julian says the Broncs have faced many challenges this season and have another one coming up.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys took down 13th ranked Boise state 30-28 a late safety was the winning score. Head coach Craig Bohl says the Pokes finally got their signature victory.

The Cowboys are now 6-2 overall and 4-0 in MWC play, they host Utah state Saturday night kickoff is at 8:15.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos beat the San Diego Chargers 27-19 Sunday they play at the Oakland Raiders Sunday night.

LADY BRONC SWIMMING - The Lady Bronc swimmers finished 3rd behind Gillette and Laramie at the 4-A state swimming and diving championships.

They finished off an impressive season with back to back outstanding performances at the conference and state meets five Lady Broncs achieved all-state status for 2016 they are Piper Carroll, Molly Green, Pippin Robison, Jadyn Mullikin and Zoe Robison.

REGIONAL VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc volleyball team had to battle through some tough matches at their regional tournament and managed to stave off elimination and qualify for this week's state tournament in Casper.

They beat Cheyenne Central 3-0 late Friday night in an elimination match they open the state tournament bracket in Casper Thursday afternoon at 1:00 against Casper Kelly Walsh

The Big Horn Lady Rams were eliminated from their regional in Torrington in a loss Saturday against Pine Bluffs.
