WYOMING COWGIRLS BASKETBALL - The Wyoming cowgirls basketball season ended last night with a 70-58 loss against Colorado in the 3rd round of the WNIT.

Colorado had an eleven point lead at halftime and the Cowgirls couldn't recover they end the season with a record of 24-9.

Seniors Hillary Carlson from Cheyenne and Aubrey Vandiver from Laramie led the way Carlson had 27 points and 11 rebounds while Vandiver chipped in with 15 and 8.

LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Lady Bronc soccer team heads to Cody today for their 3rd straight match on the road. They have victories over Riverton and Rock Springs.

They've scored 10 goals and haven't given up any in what is shaping up as a good year for a team that didn't win a game last spring.

The Lady Bronc line-up is full of talented players Head coach Tom Racette says they knew coming into the season they would be talented and now have more skills and fundamentals.

And he says after winning two they must keep the momentum they've built going in Cody.

BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc soccer team will play their home opener this evening against Cody the JV's play at 4:00 and the varsity at 6:00.

STATE SOCCER RANKINGS - The first state soccer rankings are out both the Broncs and Lady Broncs appear in the top five.

After a runner-up finish last spring the Broncs are listed at number two in the 4-A boys rankings and based on their 2-0 start the Lady Broncs begin the season ranked 5th.

Both the Buffalo Bison and Lady Bison are ranked in the top five in class 3-A the Lady Bison sit at the top of the girls rankings with the Bison are ranked 3rd in the boys 3-A rankings.

BRONC / LADY BRONC TRACK - The Sheridan high school track teams will be competing at a meet in Cody tomorrow.

RAMS / EAGLES TRACK - The Big Horn and Tongue River track teams will be competing today in the "Jerry Campbell"invitational in Buffalo.

BABE RUTH BASEBALL - Sheridan Babe Ruth baseball is currently taking registration for their upcoming season. They will be taking registration through April 3rd.
