WYOMING COWBOYS - The Wyoming Cowboys are 7-7 after seeing their winning streak end at three games last night with a home loss against Wisconsin-Green Bay. They are now off until next Tuesday when they host a game with Kennesaw state from Georgia.

They close out 2010 with a road game at Houston-Baptist on New year's eve then open MWC play at Colorado state on January 4th.

WYOMING COWGIRLS - The Wyoming Cowgirls are 8-3 and will play this afternoon at Utah state. They will also play on the 30th in Rock Springs, it's an exhibition with Western Montana. The Cowgirls open MWC play January 5th with a home game with Colorado state.

BRONC SWIMMING/ DIVING AND WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc swimmers and divers and the Bronc wrestlers built up some good momentum in December and look to keep that going through the holiday break with workouts each day with the exception being this weekend.

Bronc swimming and diving coach Larry White says the next ten days are important for the Broncs success to continue into the new year.

Bronc wrestling coach Terry Burgess has the Broncs at 4-3 in dual matches and says the break come at a good time for the team to regroup and refocus.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and the Lady Bronc basketball teams will be back in action Thursday January 6th when they travel to play in a three day tournament in Riverton.

BH / TR BASKETBALL - The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams both open the new year with road games at Wright on Friday the 7th as do the Tongue River teams they have home games against Moorcroft on 7th.

GENERALS AND LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals and Lady Generals come back with two home games against Central and Western Wyoming on the 7th and 8th.

LADY GENERALS YOUTH HOOP CAMP - Sheridan college Lady Generals coach Frank McCarthy will hold a one day girls basketball camp on New year's day from noon to 4:00 in the Hoffman dome at the college.

Each camper gets their own Lady Generals basketball for more information and to register contact coach McCarthy at 674-6446 ex:4001

The camp is open to all girls in the 1st through 8th grades they'll also take registration at the camp on the 1st.

INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD - The Indoor track and field season at Sheridan high school begins on Monday January 3rd with the first practice of the new season.

The first indoor meet of 2011 will be at Black Hills state in Spearfish, South Dakota January 14th.
