Broncs / Rams / Eagles Play for State Football Titles Saturday / Pokes Win Again / Broncos fall at Raiders

The Big Horn Rams, Tongue River Eagles and Sheridan Broncs will all play for their state football championships in Laramie Saturday for the Broncs and Eagles it will be back to back title game appearances for the Rams they are back in the title game after missing out last fall.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Broncs beat Rock Springs Friday and will play Natrona county for the 4-A state football title Saturday in Laramie, Broncs Head coach Don Julian says the defense set the tone for the game early.

This is Julian's 10th season as the Broncs Head coach it will be their 5th title game appearance in eight seasons.

EAGLES FOOTBALL - The Tongue River Eagles beat Shoshoni 37-6 the Eagles will take on Pine Bluffs for the 1-A title Saturday afternoon.

RAMS FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams beat Newcastle to get back to Laramie for the 2-A title game Head coach Micheal McGuire says it was a tough game and the Rams got it done.

The Rams won it all in 2013 and were the runner up in 2014 they missed out on the title game last year and now return for another shot this time they will face Greybull.

We will broadcast all three games live Saturday starting with Big Horn and Greybull at 10:00 Tongue River and Pine Bluffs will kickoff at noon the the Broncs and Mustangs will kickoff at 4:00 all three game will be broadcast live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys beat Utah state 52-28 that's five straight wins they are now 7-2 overall and will play at UNLV Saturday afternoon kickoff is at 1:00 on 1410 KWYO.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos lost at Oakland Raiders Sunday night 30-20 this week they play a road game at New Orleans broadcast time Sunday morning will be at 9:00 with kickoff at 11:00 on KWYO and 87.7 FM.

LADY BRONC VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan Lady Broncs were eliminated in two games at the Wyoming state volleyball championships they dropped the opening match against Casper Kelly Walsh and were knocked out of the tournament by Laramie Friday.

COWBOYS / COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming basketball Cowboys will play their next game at home Friday night against Western state, the Cowgirls will play Chadron state at home also Friday night both games will be broadcast live on KWYO and 87.7 FM the Cowgirl broadcast will open the evening at 5:00 with the Cowboys game to tipoff at 8:30.
