BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan high school basketball both picked up victories over the Buffalo Bison and Lady Bison Tuesday night.

The Lady Broncs are 6-1 heading into the Christmas break as they had no problem beating the Lady Bison 58-26.

The Broncs stand at 7-0 and will maintain their number one 4-A ranking heading into the break but it was a struggle for a tired bunch of Broncs as they posted a 47-37 win over the Bison.

Head coach Mike Ibach says the Broncs ended a tough stretch of games and showed the fatigue last night.

The Broncs won the game at the freethrow line going 24-28 as over half their points came from the
line. Now they have a week off and Ibach says it's a much deserved break.

Both the Broncs and Lady Broncs will begin practice next Tuesday before starting up again the first weekend in January at a three day tournament in Riverton.
