BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Bronc basketball team is back in the gym this week getting ready to start up the season again a week from tomorrow.

Head coach Mike Ibach says a few days off for Christmas rested up the Broncs and they've hit the court running this week. And with the players mentally refreshed they are having a good week so far.

They finished December 5-2 over all and Ibach says they were happy with the progress they saw and need to build on that success.

The Broncs and Lady Broncs will open up the new year a week from tomorrow at a three day tournament in Riverton. We will be broadcasting all six games live.

COWBOYS BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys won last night the pokes got 21 points and six steals from Desmar Jackson in a 68-55 win over Kennesaw state.

Kennesaw led 33-31 at halftime but the Pokes allowed them only 22 points in the second half to even their record at 7-7.

The Cowboys play their final non-conference game Friday afternoon at Houston-Baptist you can hear the game live Friday afternoon on AM 14-10 KWYO. Broadcast time is at 12:30 with the tip at 1:00.

COWGIRLS BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls will play an exhibition game in Rock springs tomorrow against Western Montana. They open MWC play January 5th with a home against Colorado state.

SHERIDAN COLLEGE YOUTH BASKETBALL CAMPS - The Sheridan college Lady Generals will hold a one day girls basketball camp on new year's day from noon to 4:00 in the Hoffman dome.

The camp is open to all girls in the 1st through 8th grades they'll take registration at the camp Saturday.

The Generals will be hosting a boys one day camp as well. the boys camp will run on the 2nd from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Hoffman dome and is open to all boys in kindergarten through 6th grade.

They will take registration starting at 10:30 a half hour before the camp opens.
