Bronc / Lady Bronc X-Country Start the Season Strong / Broncos Beat LA / Rockies win at D-Backs

BRONC / LADY BRONC CROSS COUNTRY - The Sheridan high school cross country teams run at there next meet Thursday over in Custer, South Dakota.

The Broncs have had very good results the last three weeks Head coach Art Bauers.

The Broncs have really put their race strategy to good use in these early races using the pack mentality.

And he says they have several good races in front of them.

The Lady Broncs have been consistent in all three races this season near the top in each event.

And moving forward he says training will be changing for all the runners.

When they run Thursday in South Dakota and Bauers says it's a great event and will be a good challenge for both teams.

GOLF - The Sheridan high school golfers end their fall season at the state championships in Evanston the first round will be played Friday,

TENNIS - The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis will host the regional tournament Friday and Saturday.

VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc volleyball team head back out on the road for more conference games this week at Cheyenne Central and Cheyenne East.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs play at Thunder Basin high school Friday night we will have it live for you on KWYO and 106.9 FM the First Federal bank and trust pregame show will start at 6:30 with kickoff at 7:00.

The Big Horn Rams host Pine Bluffs Friday night game time has been changed to kickoff at 5:00.

The Tongue River Eagles will host Shoshoni Friday night the game will be broadcast live on Sports Talk 87.7 FM kickoff is at 6:00 Ron Richter will have the play by play.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are back and War Memorial stadium Saturday night against Oregon pregame is at 4:00 with kickoff at 5:00 live on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos beat the LA Chargers 24-21 Monday night after having the game in control most of the night they turned the ball over twice to let the Chargers back in it then blocked a last second field goal to preserve the victory, after the game here's Head coach Vance Joseph. Next up the Broncos host the Dallas Cowboys Sunday afternoon.
