Bronc Football has a big Blue and Gold Target on Their Backs in 2017 / Rams Football Returns to the Practice Field Today / Rockies fall Late in Cleveland

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Bronc football team goes into day three of preseason camp today the Broncs are the two time defending 4-A state champs heading into the season and Head coach Don Julian says they know everyone else in 4-A will be gunning for the Broncs this fall.

The Broncs host Rock Springs in the season opener August 25th kickoff will be at 7:00 pm.

The rest of Wyoming's high school football teams open practice today with opening day September 1st.

RAMS FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams won the 2-A championship last fall this season the Rams dropped down to play in class 1-A.

They begin fall camp today and Head coach Micheal McGuire says the players did a very good job during the off season to prepare themselves for this week.

The Rams lost a tremendous senior class that led them to the state title last November and this fall McGuire and his coaches begin a season with a young but talented group of returners.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are in week two of their fall camp they open the season at Iowa September 2nd.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos will play their preseason opener at the Chicago Bears tomorrow night the game will be broadcast live on Sports Talk 87.7 FM.

GOLF - The high school golf and tennis season starts this week the Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers will tee it up at their first tournament in Powell tomorrow.

TENNIS - The Bronc and Lady Broncs tennis teams open the season Saturday at a jamboree in Casper.

SWIMMING / CC / VOLLEYBALL - Girls swimming, Cross country and Volleyball teams all open practice Monday, the Bronc and Lady Bronc Cross country runners start at 6:30 am, Lady Bronc volleyball will go at 8:30 am and 2:00 pm the Lady Bronc swimmers start Monday at 5:00 pm.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies lost on a walk off home run in Cleveland Tuesday night here's Jack Corrigan with the game wrap up. You can hear the game today on Sports Talk 87.7 FM.
