Bronc Basketball Back Strong for 2018-19 / Pokes at Evansville Tonight / SC Hoops Home This Weekend

BRONC HOOPS - The high school basketball season starts a week from tomorrow in Riverton for the Sheridan Broncs as they play three games against Evanston, Jackson and Rock Springs.

The Broncs played for the state title last spring and Head coach Jeff Martini returns a bunch of talent from last year's roster and he says the players have gone right to work.

The Broncs are poised to make another run at a state title and even with a veteran group back they still have lots of questions to be answered over the next several weeks.

And with the returning talent we asked Martini how his coaching has changed going into this season compared to others.

And finally today when they take the court next Thursday they are going to get a huge test right out of the gate.

LADY BRONC HOOPS - The Lady Broncs will be in Casper they will also play three games next week.

BRONC WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers will open with a home dual against Worland a week from tomorrow.

BRONC SWIMMING / DIVING - The Bronc swimmers will open their season next week on Friday in Laramie.

SHS PARENT SPORTS MEETING - Tonight all parents of SHS winter sports athletes are asked to attend the winter sports meeting at the high school it will start at 6:00 in the gym.

SC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals and Lady Generals play home games Friday and Saturday against Dawson cc and Miles City, Montana game times Friday are 5:30 and 7:30 they go at 2:00 and 4:00 Saturday.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming basketball Cowboys play at Evansville tonight the game will tip at 5:00 on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY - The Sheridan Hawks hockey team will play their next two at home Friday night and Saturday morning against Gillette. game time Friday night is at 7:15 and Saturday morning they start at 9:00.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos play at Cincinnati Sunday that will an early start with pregame at 9:00 and kickoff at 11:00 on KWYO and 106.9 FM.
