Weekend Local Sports Wrap up

TRACK AND FIELD - Sheridan high school hosted the annual "Dan Hansen" invitational track meet Saturday the Lady Broncs were first the Broncs were second, full individual and team results can be seen below on the sports page.

The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams will be in Gillette tomorrow for a meet with Campbell county and Thunder Basin and coming up Friday all qualifiers will meet in Casper for the 2018 Wyoming Track Classic.

Lady Bronc Soccer v Laramie Tonight / Sheridan Track Invite Tomorrow / Rockies v Cubs Tonight

TRACK / FIELD - Sheridan high school hosts the annual "Dan Hansen" Invitational track meet tomorrow events start at 10 am.

Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian says the Dan Hansen invite is the final big athletic event that the high school will host for this school year.

SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams start the second round of conference play this evening the Broncs will play at Laramie then tomorrow at Cheyenne South while the Lady Broncs are at home.

Sheridan Bronc Senior Aaron Woodward Named to the Wyoming All Star Hoops Roster

This past basketball season Aaron Woodward help lead the Sheridan Broncs to the 4-A state title game.

Thursday Sheridan college mens basketball coach Matt Hammer announced the team that will represent team Wyoming when they take on Montana in the annual hoop series in June. Sheridan Senior Aaron Woodward will be part of the ten member squad.

Rockies Stay Hot / "Dan Hansen" Track Invite is Saturday / Troopers two Weeks out From Season Opener

TRACK AND FIELD - The Sheridan Broncs and Lady Broncs host the annual "Dan Hansen" Sheridan invitational track meet Saturday as of today 11 schools are officially entered events start at 10 am.

SHS SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams start the second round of conference play this week the Broncs will play at Laramie and Cheyenne south while the Lady Broncs play at home.

The Lady Bronc games with Laramie at Homer Scott stadium will have the jv's at 4:00 and the varsity at 6:00.

SHS Hosts the Sheridan Track Invite Saturday / Troopers Finally get Outside / Rockies Stay Hot

TRACK AND FIELD - The annual Gary Benson "Border War" track went off without a hitch Monday nine schools battled it out at Homer Scott stadium with the Sheridan Lady Broncs taking the girls team title with 139.5 points Billings West was 2nd with 96 points.

The boys team race came down to Sheridan and Natrona county with the Mustangs winning with 118 points to the Broncs 107 points.

Coming up on Saturday the annual "Dan Hansen" Sheridan invitational meet will take place with events starting at 10 am.
