COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls will play in the "WNIT" for the 9th time under Head coach Joe Legerski they start at home tomorrow night against Northern Colorado we will broadcast the game live for you on KWYO and 106.9 FM Cowgirl pregame at 6:00 with the tip at 6:30.

COLLEGE WRESTLING - The Cowboy wrestling team is sending seven wrestlers to the NCAA tournament in Pittsburgh of the seven qualifiers is former Sheridan Bronc and Cowboy red shirt freshmen Hayden Hastings the national tournament starts tomorrow afternoon.

Generals Basketball Season Comes to an end Monday Night / Cowgirls to the WNIT / Spring Sports Season Opens Friday

GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals lost in the first round of their national basketball tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas last night 92-80 against Kaskaskia, Illinois.

The Generals were down by as much as 20 in the first half they cut that to ten points at halftime but couldn't get back in the game they end their season with a record of 31-5 overall.

Casper college was also eliminated from the tournament on day one with a 90-83 loss against Cleveland state.

GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals watched the NJCAA national basketball tournament selection show Monday waiting to see if their named would be called and they didn't wait long.

The Generals were selected as one of eight at large teams to make the 24 team field that will tip off next week in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Head coach Matt Hammer said there was a lot of tension in the room until the Generals were announced as the 13th seed in the bracket.

Generals get bid to the National NJCAA Basketball Tournament

The Sheridan College Generals received an at large bid into the NJCAA National Basketball Tournament in Hutchinson,Kansas.

They will be the #13 seed and will play Monday in the first round against Kaskaskia,Illinois.
