WYO Rodeo Week Begins / Troopers at Riverton Tonight / Bronc Youth Football Mini Camp Opens Monday

WYO RODEO - 2017 Sheridan WYO rodeo events start today at the fairgrounds with steer roping slack this evening the Boot kickoff will start at 4:00 in Kendrick park

Tomorrow is the first full day with a Native Pow Wow at 2:00 at the Sheridan Inn, the WYO carnival opens at 5:00 and first performance of the 2017 WYO rodeo begins at 7:00.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are now 36-18 overall and will play two games tonight at Riverton then have the rest of the week off.

Results from the Malcolm Wallop Memorial held Sunday at the Big Horn Equestrian Center:

Century 21 defeated Sheridan Seed, 9-6.

Troopers Host two With Cody Saturday / Rockies v White Sox Tonight / SHS Booster Golf July 16th

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers wrap their youth baseball camp at Thorne-Rider stadium today, tomorrow they host a Doubleheader with Cody starting at 1:00.

Sunday they host two with Rapid City Post #320 also at 1:00 we will broadcast game one of Sunday's Doubleheader live on KWYO and 103.9 FM.

Head coach Ben Phillips says after so many road games this season it's been nice for the players to be able to stay home this week and play in front of the home fans.

Troopers / Rockies Post Victories / Bronc Youth Mini Football Camp Opens July 17th

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers and Laurel Dodgers got one game in Wednesday night before weather washed out game two of the Doubleheader.

The Troopers came out on top to run their record to 35-15 overall and it was a very entertaining game.

The Troops jumped out to a 5-0 lead after two innings but Laurel would score six times in the 4th inning to take the lead and add another run in the 5th to make it 7-5 then the Troopers bats woke up scoring three in the 6th inning and went onto the 8-7 victory.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers start at six game Homestand tonight against the Laurel, Montana Dodgers the Doubleheader will start at 5:00 and we will broadcast the first game of the live on 14-10 KWYO.

This weekend they host two games with Cody Saturday afternoon starting at 1:00 and Sunday they have two with Rapid City Post #320 also at 1:00.

Along with the home games this week the Troops host their youth baseball camp at Thorne-Rider stadium tomorrow and Friday.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers went 3-3 at a tournament in Cheyenne over the weekend they closed out the tournament with two victories Saturday and dropped a 3-2 decision against Cheyenne Post #6 Sunday.

Tomorrow evening they will start at six game Homestand it will begin against Laurel, Montana the Doubleheader will start at 5:00 and we will broadcast the first game of the live on 14-10 KWYO.

Troopers Drop Opener of Cheyenne Tournament / Rockies at D-Backs Tonight / SC Volleyball Camp Opens Next Friday

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers lost the opener of the Cheyenne Post 6 tournament Thursday dropping a 9-0 game against Greely, Colorado.

They will play two games today they have the Cheyenne Hawks this afternoon and with play Cheyenne Post 6 tonight they also have games tomorrow and Sunday.

Starting next week on Wednesday they will play six straight at home it will start against Laurel, Montana, Head coach Ben Phillips.
