TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers dropped both ends of a double header in Laramie Monday by scores of 8-6 in both games.

They play a single nine inning conference game tonight in Cheyenne and come home tomorrow to host another conference game with Casper.

The game with the Oilers tomorrow is the final home game of the season for the Troops and we will have it live for you at 6:00 it's scheduled as a single nine inning game and will be broadcast live on 14-10 KWYO.

They are scheduled to end the regular season at Casper Saturday then onto the state tournament in Cheyenne set to begin on the 31st.

JETS BASEBALL - The Sheridan Jets will host the American Legion "B" state tournament set to begin Thursday at Thorne-Rider stadium.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies lost 3-1 against the Miami Marlins Monday night we have two of the series live for you tonight on 87.7 FM ESPN radio Rockies on deck starts at 6:05 with the first pitch at 6:40.

SRD LITTLE GUY FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Recreation District has this week as the deadline for registration for little guy football. little guy facilitatorNick Dore.

And Dore says physicals need to be complete for those players who will participate in the tackle program for 5th and 6th graders.

SRD ADULT FLAG FOOTBALL - The Rec District will also have their adult flag football league this year, team and player registration is going on right now and league supervisor Robbie Spencer says players will see some new additions to the league this year.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL - The local high school football season is not far off the Sheridan Broncs will open their Pre season camp Monday, August 12th they open the season playing two out of their first three on the road.

The season opener will be in Laramie August 30th.

The Big Horn. Tongue River and NSI football teams all open practice on August 22nd.

The Eagles open at home against Rocky Mountain, the Rams will also open at home with Greybull. NSI moves to six-man football this year the Wolves open on the road at Dubois.

SC YOUTH VOLLEYBALL CAMP - The Sheridan college Lady Generals will be hosting their youth volleyball camps next week and they will host a Co-Ed volleyball tournament in early August.

The volleyball camp will run Monday through Wednesday next week they have sessions for 2nd - 5th grades, 6th through 9th grades and a session for all high school players.

The Co-Ed volleyball tournament will be a one day event in the Hoffman dome Sunday, august 4th starting at 8:00 am.
