Another big week of local sports action is underway

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams play at Cheyenne Central tonight and at Cheyenne East tonight game times are at 5:30 and 7:00 tonight and tomorrow at 11:30 and 1:00 all four games can be heard live on 14-10 KWYO.

The Broncs are 2-0 in conference play after winning two at home last week and now Head coach Gale Smith says they need to go out on the road and try to get the same result.

The Cheyenne schools play a completely different style last week Central beat East.

The wild shoot out in 4-A boys basketball has started and Smith says the field of state contenders this season makes it wide open.

And Smith talks about the keys for bronc success this weekend.

BH BASKETBALL - The Big Horn basketball teams swept victories last night against Riverside tonight they have Moorcroft at home and play at Sundance tomorrow.

TR BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles host games with Wright tomorrow.

SC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college basketball teams will be on the road this weekend with games at Western Wyoming tonight and at Casper college tomorrow.

UW BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys have a home game with Nevada tomorrow you can hear the game live on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM ESPN radio, Cowboy pregame at 3:30 and the tip at 4:00. The Cowgirls have a road game at Nevada.

SWIMMING - The Bronc swimmers lost a dual with Gillette Thursday night the final score was 121-65, today they travel to Casper to take on Kelly Walsh and Natrona county.

INDOOR TRACK - The Bronc and Lady Bronc indoor track teams will compete at a meet tomorrow in Chadron, Nebraska.

WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers will have conference road duals tonight in Laramie to take on the Plainsmen and Cheyenne South, tomorrow they will be in Cheyenne to dual East and Central.

SUPER BOWL - Super Bowl 49 will be played Sunday and we will have the entire radio broadcast for you live on 87.7 FM, the Super Bowl pregame show will start at noon Sunday with kickoff at 4:30.
