The annual Sheridan media benefit golf tournament will be played next Friday at Kendrick golf course proceeds from the event are helping purchase two new pieces of art to be displayed at the new hand in hand childhood education center to become a sponsor or to sign up to play contact us here at Sheridan media by calling 672-7421.

The Sheridan Troopers will play at home tonight against the Casper Oilers the Troops are 4-5 overall and have won three of their last four. The first game tonight gets underway at 5 o'clock the Troopers are also wrapping up the Trooper baseball camp this afternoon at Thorne-rider stadium.

The Wyoming / South Dakota all-star basketball series tips off tonight in Gillette games tomorrow will be played in Spearfish. Next week the Wyoming / Montana all-star basketball series will be played in Sheridan and in Billings.

Tomorrow Wyoming game and fish information specialist Warren Mischke will be joining us as a guest on the coaches show on am 14-10 KWYO we will be covering a variety of topics. During the summer months the department has a reservoir crew that patrols Lake De Smet and keyhole reservoir east of Gillette. Micshke says one of the biggest tasks the crew has is to promote boating saftey. The topic of wolves in Wyoming has been and continues to be a hot button issue and with the wolf now in the Big Horn mountains the issue has finally hit close to home again Mischke will be with us tomorrow morning on the coaches show at 8 am on KWYO.

The Wyoming state Hersey track meet is coming up in a couple of weeks this year's meet will be held in Rock Springs. Several Sheridan county kids will be competing for more information contact Dale Boedecker at the Sheridan recreation district at 672-6421.

We will have live Colorado Rockies baseball for you this weekend on am 14-10 KWYO tomorrow the Rockies play at St Louis broadcast time is at 4:35 and Sunday they finish up the series with the Cardinals at 11:35.
