Funeral services for Henry Sarver, 99 year old Buffalo resident who passed away Thursday afternoon at the Amie Holt Care Center, surrounded by his wife Edith, his family and those who lovingly cared for him, will be held Saturday August 15th at 2:00 p.m. from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo with Pastor Clay Alexander officiating.

Charlene Penson Carlat, 86, of Sheridan went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, August 12, 2015.

Longtime Sheridan resident Jeanne M. Owen passed away on August 14th, 2015, at the age of 91. Jeanne was born on Sept 9, 1924, to Harry and Juanita Mann in Billings, Montana. She was the youngest of four girls, raised on the Pryor Mountains. Their family lived at the Chief Plenty Coops Museum in Pryor Montana. Her Father was the Montana State Senator for a term.

Funeral Services for Ryan Barker, 31 year old Kaycee man who passed away early Wednesday morning in Gillette, will be held Saturday August 15th at 10:00 a.m. at the Harold Jarrard Park Building in Kaycee with Pastor Zack Davis officiating. Visitation will be held at the Harness Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Susan Eaton Van Allen, 71, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at her home.

Susan was born on December 15, 1943, to Thomas J. and Nancy Eaton Ferguson in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Betty LaRue Matthews, 95, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015, in Mesa, AZ.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 on Friday, August 21, 2015, at the First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Doug Melius officiating. A reception will follow at the church. Inurnment will be in the Sheridan Elks Cemetery following the reception.

Daniel Patrick Krueger, 70, of Big Horn, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at the Billings Clinic.

Danny was born to parents, Harvey and Beatrice (Broderick) Krueger, on January 19, 1945, in Oshkosh, WI. .

Funeral services for Russell Kauffman, 36 year old Buffalo resident who passed away Thursday in Casper, will be held Wednesday, August 12th at 2:00 p.m. at the Harness Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend William Dunlap officiating. Interment will be in the Willow Grove Cemetery with graveside services to follow the funeral.

Joan (Welsh) Martini, 69, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015, at her residence. She was born on July 21, 1946 in Ogden, UT to Bruce and Pauline (Ridenour) Welsh. Joan is survived by her husband Dennis Martini; her brother Jeff Welsh; and her step daughter Peg (Calkins) Martin. Joan retired from Kmart after 30 years of service.

Margaret R. Eversull, 88, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was born on October 18, 1926, in Chadron, NE. She was raised on a farm west of Marsland, NE.

Strong, Caring, Compassionate, Loving, Exuberant and a Real Fighter are a few of the words used to describe Eman Salamat Khan. Daughter, Wife, Sister, Mother, Aunt, Niece, Cousin, and Friend are just a few more. Eman was born with a congenital heart condition and the need for many surgeries including a future transplant.

Long time former Sheridan resident passed away in Minneapolis on Oct. 1st, 2013. No obituary was written at the time. Eunice was born on December 30th, 1934, at home in Sheridan to parents Albert J. Nejedly and Flossie E. (Berry) Nejedly.

She attended Brundage and Coffeen schools and Big Horn and Sheridan High Schools, graduating in 1952. She also attended Sheridan College.

Fred Theodore Fisher, 73, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at his residence. He was born on November 17, 1941, in Harrisburg, IL, to parents Gordon Theodore and Dora (Black) Fisher. Gordon worked for Standard Oil as a dock foreman, and Dora was a homemaker and a prolific crafter. The family moved to Casper when Fred was a toddler, and he attended Casper schools.
