Dale William Hamilton was born on March 13, 1958 in South Dakota. He peacefully passed away at his home on January 8, 2019, at age 60, in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Frank F. Johnson, 75, passed away Monday, January 7, 2019, at Sheridan Manor, surrounded by his loving family. Though he was born in Utah, to Jesse F. and Geneva Dwyer Johnson, and spent his early childhood there, he considered Sheridan to be his home, and was always happy to return here.

Esther Katherine McKenzie was born March 31, 1926 in Norwalk, Iowa to Lyle and Matilda Gates. She was the youngest of 6 children, all of whom were brothers.
When she was starting first grade, her oldest brother was graduating from high school.

Steve Danny Mann, 65, of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019, at his residence.

Today, the world is less bright and 2019 begins without the loving warmth of the beautiful lady who has graced us with her smile, her laughter, her tears and her loving and generous heart for the last 75 years. Hallie Jane (McCoy) Oleson, Jane to most, born October 12, 1943, left our world December 31, 2018.

Alex-Cine Napolitano, 70, of Sheridan, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Sheridan Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. David Elmer Friant of Sheridan passed away peacefully at home January 3, 2019. He was 93.
Born in Illinois, David married Fern, nee Hafka, January 28, 1950. Together they farmed for many years and retired to Wyoming to be with family.
David was preceded in death by his sister Pearl, and brothers Charles, Walter, Carl and Irvin. He is survived by his sister Irene and her husband Ed.

Robert Eugene Severance, 72, formerly of Sheridan, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2019 at Shepherd of the Valley in Casper, WY. Bob was born November 6, 1946 in Sheridan, WY, to parents, Milton and Ethel (Niles) Severance.

Swanee L. Wilson, 85, of Sheridan passed away on January 1, 2019, in Billings, MT. Swanee was born on September 3, 1933 in Spokane, WA to Edward and Fern (Glover) Roberts. They were divorced in 1936. Swanee lived with her mother and Aunt Mabel Roberts in Fort Collins, CO. Her mother married Edward Kay in 1940.

Michael Bakdash, 84, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Harley Wayne Allred, 88, of Kingman, Arizona died at home on Thursday January 3, 2019, surrounded by his loved ones.
“H” was born on November 20, 1930, at their family home, in Sheridan, Wyoming, to Harley Walker Allred and Erma Cover Allred. He grew up and went to school in Sheridan. At age 18 he enlisted in the US Navy Air where he served from July 4th, 1948 to July 4th, 1952.

Jason E. Durand, 49, of Story, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Dorothy Terry, a 88 year old Sundance resident went home to her final resting place, January 2, 2019 at the Legacy Center in Gillette. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation in memory of her late husband, John, in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo.

James V. Hereford, 65, of Laramie, WY, passed away on December 24, 2018. He was born in Sheridan, WY, on May 27, 1953 to the late Joe M. Hereford and Veronica Jez Hereford. Jim is survived by his brother, Joe F. Hereford of San Antonio, TX; sisters, Jo Ann Hereford of Ava, MO, and Helen Klekar of Ganado, TX. Private family services will be held at a later date.
