Sharron S. Fossum, 63, of Ranchester went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, May 29, 2012. She passed away at her home surrounded by her family.

Sharron was born to Arnie and Varian Grayson Solheim on January 26, 1949 in Wolf Point, MT. She married Larry Fladland in 1969. They divorced in 1976. She worked as a bank teller, waitress, and hairdresser to support her family.

Sharron married the love of her life, Jerry Fossum, in 1987 in Fort Peck, MT. They raised their children in Opheim, MT and moved to Ranchester in 1995. She went back to school in 1997 and got her cosmetology license. She had a smile for everyone she met whether it was in her shop or cutting your hair on the back porch. Sharron was always lending a hand, helping her kids, loving on her big family and her friends. She loved gardening and traveling to see her grandkids. Sharron was able to take a trip of a lifetime last summer with Jerry. They traveled to Alaska with their camper, then south to Texas visiting family and friends along the way. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out, who will be greatly missed.

Sharron was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, brother Gary Solheim and sister, Carmen Espinoza. She is survived by her husband, Jerry, Children; Tammi (Bill) Stuhldreher, JoLyn Fladland, Chad (Angie) Fladland. Jerry’s children; Shawn (Molly) Fossum, Sheila (Gordon) Young, and her grand children; Colton, Cassidy, Chase, Courtney and Max Stuhldreher, Hope and Chris Rosalez, Abby Fladland, Sha and Cash Fladland, Taylor Lockhart, and Bella Fossum, Merle, Kevin and Casey Young. She also leaves behind her step mother, Lucille Solheim, sisters; Dona Solheim, Paula Morrison, Julie Nygaard and brother, Rob Solheim. Along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Services for Sharron will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Ranchester Community Church, with Pastor Dan Keller officiating. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the Ranchester City Hall. A private family inurnment will be in the Dayton Cemetery.
