Funeral services for Robin Munson, 52 year old Buffalo woman who passed away suddenly at her home Sunday, will be held Saturday August 18th at 10:00 a.m. from the Buffalo Wesleyan Church with Pastor William Dunlap officiating. Visitation will be held from the Adams Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A private family interment will be in Willow Grove Cemetery in Buffalo. Donations in Robin’s memory may be made to the Bread of Life Food Pantry in care of the Adams Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams.

Robin Rae Munson was born on February 6th, 1960 in Buffalo to Henry and Judy Songer. She started school in Buffalo and moved as a young girl to Corpus Christi, Texas where she also went to school. She was married in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1979 to Charles Munson Sr. and they made their home in Minneapolis. Robin moved back to Buffalo and were divorced in 1983. Robin worked at the Buffalo Children’s Center for a time and in 2008 she went to work for the Comfort Inn as a night auditor, where she worked until the time of her death. Robin enjoyed the mountains and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by two sons, Charles Munson and his wife Missy of Buffalo and Wes Munson also of Buffalo; two brothers Roy Songer of Corpus Christi, Texas and Russell Songer of Alabama; two sisters Renee Otto of Wisconsin and Liberty Songer Pirante, living in the Philippine Islands and two grandchildren, Paula and Ethan Miller of Buffalo. She was preceded in death by her parents.
