Paula is special. No, much more than that. She is one of a kind. Happy, loving, at ease with herself. She laughs, she cries, she has dreams, disappointments and victories. Paula is pretty. No. Paula is beautiful. She shines with an inner glow that lights the space around her. Her laughter lifts hearts and chases away life’s dark shadows. Paula has cancer. Yes, but that doesn’t change who she is – or Whose she is. Paula is God’s and He is the light that shines in her. He will never forsake her, nor she Him. Paula does with ease what He asks of all of us. She loves like a child. Thank you , God, for the gift and example of this, Your child, in our lives - By Sandy Gray
