Pamela Joy Harper, 64, of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital surrounded by over 20 loved ones after fighting a courageous 2 year battle with cancer.

Pam was born on August 6, 1953, to Harold and Luella (Rabe) Krinning in Sheridan, WY.

Guy Ricky Mitchell, 58, of Kaycee, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Guy was born in Glasgow, MT to Charles and Virginia (Crider) Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his father, and his brother Jay A. Mitchell. He is survived by his mother, his step father by loving care Nick Neumayer and his brother Chad E. Mitchell of Phoenix, AZ.

Thomas Hale Mitchell, 71, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at his residence. He was born on May 17, 1947, to Kenny and Jessie (Hale) Mitchell in Sheridan, WY.

Rosemary Perkins left the loving arms of her family on June 3, 2018 only to be welcomed into the great Kingdom of her Lord and Saviour. Born November 11, 1926 in Sheridan Wyoming, she was the only child of Benjamin Bond Perkins and Marguerite Snider Perkins. Rosemary’s roots were deeply bedded in her beloved Wyoming soil.

Lucille D. Gould, 97 of Sheridan passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Sheridan Manor. She was born on Sept 22, 1920 in Rockwell City, Iowa to Charles and Georgia Nissen. In 1938 she graduated from Rockwell City High School and attended Iowa State Teachers College prior to her War Service Appointment at San Antonio Quartermaster Depot.

David Schreiber passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2018 in Sheridan, WY.

Paul, a resident of Sheridan, Wyoming, was born in 1937 at General Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. to parents Stephen A. and Susie L. Morey. They married after WWI when his father returned from serving in France in the United States Army. They began their life together as sharecroppers. Paul was the fifth of six children.

David Wayne Voogd, 59 of Denver, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018, at Rose Medical Center, Denver, Co.

Born March 28, 1959, in Sheridan, Wyoming, to Clarence “Earl” and Margret “Peggy” (Harrison) Voogd. David grew up in Sheridan, graduating from Sheridan High School class of 1977. Attending Northwest College in Rapid City, South Dakota graduating with degrees in Marketing and Business.

Joyce Marie Arbogast, 87, of Sheridan, died Friday, May 25, 2018 surrounded with the love and devotion of her children, who were at her bedside. She was born April 13, 1931 in Hopkinton, New York to Mareman and Ethel Castle. She had happy memories of growing up on a small farm with her 3 sisters Mabel, Jane, and Connie.

Brian C. Shafer, 79, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at the Sheridan Manor.

Services for Darlene E. Elliott, age 92, who passed away in Enid, Oklahoma on February 19, 2018 will be held at First Christian (Disciples of Christ) Church, 102 South Connor Street, Sheridan, Wyoming, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. A reception will follow at The Hub on Smith Street (Senior Center) at 3 p.m.

Patrick A. Dowdy, 90, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Patrick was delivered by a mid-wife near Hudson, CO, on August 1, 1927, born to Will and Ada Dowdy. He married Estelene Campbell on September 22, 1950, at Brighton, CO. To this union two sons were born, Rickey Wayne and Randall Dean.

Pat earned his Bachelor's Degree in History and became a school teacher and received the Distinguished Teacher Award in 1991. He retired from Denver Public Schools in 1997. He enjoyed anything that was history related, and was an avid Morgan Horseman.

George David “Skip” Lenz was born on June 18, 1946, to Natalie and Fred Lenz. Skip began his life on a naval base in San Francisco, California, where his father served in the United States Navy. When he was only six months old, the captain of his father’s shipped dubbed him “Little Skipper.” With that prophetic call, Skip’s name and vocation were cemented forever.

George Jerry Cotton, 95, past away on Friday April 27,2018 at Sheridan Manor surrounded by his loved ones.

Jerry was born April 1,1923 in Sheridan WY. to George L & Edna (Swinyer) Cotton.
He served in the US Army during World War II in Germany & France.

He married Bonnie-Jean Smith April 25,1944 in Harden MT. They made their home in Sheridan.
