Graveside Funeral services for Irvin Nielsen, 48 year old Buffalo man who passed away Friday at the Johnson County Health Care Center in Buffalo, will be held Friday, July 28th at 2:00 p.m. in Willow Grove Cemetery with Reverend Vernon Strickland officiating. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00 a.m.

Funeral services for Kaycyn (Kynlee) Christensen, 15 year old Kaycee youth who passed away Friday in Kaycee will be held Wednesday, July 26th at 10:00 a.m. from the Harold Jarrard Park Building in Kaycee with Reverend Danny Davis officiating. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Allen W. Alderson, 83, of Big Horn, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Kenneth George Putzi, 83, of Sheridan, passed peacefully on Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Amie Holt Care Center in Buffalo. Ken was born on January 30, 1934 in Warren, Alberta, Canada, to John H. and Sophie (Schmid) Putzi, immigrants of Switzerland and Germany, respectively. German was his first language. Ken and his four siblings were raised on the family farm.

Donald E. Kraft, Jr., 72, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at the Sheridan Manor. Services are pending.

Robert O'Neill "Willie" Williamson passed away on May 13, 2017 in Spokane at the age of 94.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 on Friday, July 28, 2017, at Holy Name Church. Inurnment with military honors will follow in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. A reception will be held in the parish hall following the inurnment.

Bruce Kovacik, 56, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, in the Big Horn Mountains. No Services are planned at this time.

On July 16, 2017 life ended for James Munro Wilson 71, a resident of Big Horn, Wyoming.

He was born of parents, John A. and Wilma May Wilson, née Rowand, in Ft Collins, Colorado on March 22, 1946. He was the second of four siblings, John Albert Jr., Charles Stanford., Mary Margaret, and Robert Collin.

Roger Eugene Haley, hero, husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and loyal friend, joined his loved ones in heaven Thursday, June 8th, 2017. A Celebration of Roger’s life will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Holy Name Catholic Church in Sheridan, followed by a luncheon at the Parish Center.

Kenneth Robert “Buck” Buchan, 92, of Sheridan passed away at his home on Thursday, July 13, 2017 surrounded by his family.

Buck was born on March 9, 1925 to William and Ermil (Spillman) Buchan in Caldwell, ID. He married Mabel Moore on July 1, 1944. They raised four children. Buck enjoyed hunting, gardening, morning coffee with his friends, tinkering in his shed, and having a beer.

James Thomas Bohn, 86 passed away Friday, July 14, 2017. He was born in Buffalo, WY on June 18, 1931.

Jim proudly served his country in the Air Force being stationed in Guam and completing his military service with the Wyoming National Guard and the Wyoming Army Reserve.

Roy Ekwall passed away on July 14, 2017. A proud Wyoming Native, he was born in Sheridan on September 8, 1931. Roy served in the Army during the Korean war, was a longtime member of the Big Horn Mountain Eagles which included serving as State President, belonged to the American Legion, VFW and Elks. Roy was a jack of all trades and a master at working with his hands.

Linda Mitchell, 60, passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2017. She was born to the late Lloyd Harrington and Monica Harrington in Salina, KS, on September 9, 1956. She graduated from Sheridan High School in Sheridan, Wyoming in 1974. She married Alvin Mitchell on February 4th, 1974. They lived together for 43 years in Sheridan, WY.
